Current Client Portal

1. Click on the Client Portal button below.

2. Enter our Clinic Code:  ZRWjT

3. Click on Submit

4. It will ask you for your first, last name and your date of birth.  IMPORTANT: What you enter MUST match what we have in our system at the center.

5. Click on Submit

6. You will receive a code in your text messages on your phone.  Enter the code you receive and this will bring you to your individual client portal.​​

7. Click on appointments at the bottom of the page to "Request Appointment" Select date and time, describe what you need appointment for.  I.e. Monthly visit, Mommy Mart visit only, Pick up Crib, etc. Please check It's ok to contact me and submit.

8. You will see your appointment in your portal once it has been confirmed by The Center.
