How to make an appointment

                        Instructions to make an appointment if you are a new client 

 

  1. Go below to find out times available for an appointment.

  2. Choose which day and time you want to come in to the center.

  3. Fill out your personal information.

  4. Under comments, please list the reason for your appointment.  i.e.  Monthly Appointment, Mommy Mart Shopping Only, Crib Pick Up, New Client first visit, etc.

  5. The program will automatically send you a verification code to your email that you need to enter on the screen to confirm your appointment.

  6. If you do not have an email, you will either need to set up a free email account with yahoo, Gmail etc. or you will need to call us at 423-727-8600 to request your appointment.

 

Instructions to make an appointment if you are currently a client at PSC

  1. Clip on the Client Portal button in the upper left corner of any page on our website.

  2. Enter our Clinic Code:  ZRWjT

  3. Click on Submit

  4. It will ask you for your first, last name and your date of birth.  IMPORTANT: What you enter MUST match what we have in our system at the center.

  5. Click on Submit

  6. You will receive a code in your text messages on your phone.  Enter the code you receive and this will bring you to your individual client portal.

  7. The screen will look like this:

8. Click on appointments at the bottom of the page to "Request Appointment" Select date and time, describe what you need appointment for.  I.e. Monthly visit, Mommy Mart visit only, Pick up Crib, etc. Please check It's ok to contact me and submit.

9. You will see your appointment in your portal once it has been confirmed by The Center.
